Mr. Ouédraogo N. Henri
Mr. Ouédraogo N. Henri is a retired tax inspector and former Director of Land and Property Affairs at the General Directorate of Taxes of Burkina Faso.
Holding a degree in Economics and Finance, Mr. Ouédraogo has had a long career in public service, during which he held several positions of responsibility before retiring. His roles included:
Head of Land Affairs Office
Head of Studies and Litigation Office
Receiver of Land and Property Registration
Head of Land and Property Affairs Service
Director of Land and Property Affairs
As an educator, he has served as a part-time lecturer in land and property legislation at ENAREF. He has also contributed to other educational activities, including:
Training inspectors from the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Security on Agrarian and Land Reform in Poura
Leading awareness sessions on land tenure security in the Padéma department, Houet Province
He was also a member of the Doing Business Expert Partner Group and received a Certificate of Appreciation in 2010.
In project management, Mr. Ouédraogo has significant experience, notably as:
Chair of the Monitoring Committee of the National Commission responsible for investigations and negotiations related to the resettlement of populations affected by the Bagré Growth Pole Project (2012)
Chair of the commission in charge of expropriation for public utility for the construction of the Northern Interchange in Ouagadougou (2015)
Lead coordinator of expropriation processes for public utility projects, including National Road 04 and Ouaga II University (2016)
The authorities of Burkina Faso have recognized his dedication by awarding him the distinction of Knight of the Order of Merit.
