Madeleine Ki/Kaboré
Hospital Adminstrator
Mrs. Ki, née Kaboré Madeleine
“Helping the underprivileged, especially women in vulnerable situations, is more than a duty for me. Obstetric fistula denies women their dignity and prevents them from fulfilling what they were created for: being mothers and wives, and nurturing a humane society. For me, saving a woman from fistula means saving a family. As an educator, trainer in population education, sponsor of disadvantaged children, and specialist in rural development, I believe I can raise awareness, provide guidance for mindset change, and contribute to building an inclusive society.”
